Working with Pre-Programmed Messages (PPMs)
A specific message that is routinely sent can be created as a PPM (Pre-Programmed Message). The PPMs created by a user can be viewed, updated, and sent as a message only by that user. After a PPM has been created, it can be selected when the user creates a message.
Company PPMs can also be created for a company by a either a COG Manager or a System Manager. Any user in the company can use the company PPMs when sending a message. An end user cannot create, delete or change a company PPM.
