Running Reports
An end user can run two reports: the User Messages report, which shows information about the messages the user has sent, and the Message Group Assignment report, which shows the users in the COG that are assigned to at least one message group, and their message group assignments.
When a report is run, a new browser window is opened and the report parameter screen displays. The report parameters are used to limit the data in the report and to specify the application used to display the report. Report display options are HTMLCSS, PDF, XML, and RTF.
NOTE: If you want to be able to print the report, you must choose the PDF print option in the report parameter screen.
