Updating Phone Numbers
A user can access the Phone Number screen to view or update the user’s own phone numbers. No other user can access another user’s phone numbers in the Phone Number screen. However, a user’s phone numbers can be accessed in the User Admin screen, which is accessible by the COG Manager for the COG, and by a System Manager.
An order number can be specified for each phone number. The order number determines the order in which the phone numbers are displayed in the screen. Entering an order number is optional. Order numbers do not have to be unique.
A phone type must be specified for each phone number. The phone type describes the phone number, such as WORK or HOME. A user can have more than one phone number of the same type.
